Our top-rated concierge team

Of course, we all know how wonderful our Concierge team are. But now it’s official. Recently, they scored top marks in their monthly review by Encore, our estate managers. It’s the first time they’ve received a perfect score. The assessment is made by both the concierge and estate management line managers, and Kieran Cutler, our Estate Manager, is notoriously difficult to please. But even he couldn’t find fault with the service being provided by Simon, Stefano, Ian and Judith. 

To mark the occasion and to show our appreciation, Tony Jewell, Chair of the Management Board, presented Simon with a certificate, which is now being proudly displayed in the foyer of Newton Court.
