The concierge team can handle most of your queries about site operations or maintenance matters during opening hours, and you can also use Encore's 'Places' app to report and issue to the Estate Management team. Our Estate Manager, Kerry Poulter, is also available to you; her details are below. Outside of office hours, contact Encore (for maintenance emergencies) or Hyline (for security concerns) (see contact details below). If a crime is being committed, call the Police on 101 (non-emergency) or 999 (emergency). If you hear the fire alarm, the Fire Brigade will automatically be alerted, but if you are concerned you can call the Fire Brigade on 999 to check if it has been reported.
