Introducing the new Cambridge Riverside app

We have some thrilling news from Encore, our managing agent: they are launching an innovative new app designed to keep Cambridge Riverside owners and residents effortlessly informed about everything happening in our community. This game-changing app brings all essential information into one convenient place, making it easier than ever to stay updated.

Encore’s new app isn’t just any app; it’s based on tried and trusted technology already being used at many sites across the UK. Over the past few months, Encore has been trialling the app at some of its other estates to ensure a smooth experience for all users. Now, Cambridge Riversiders are getting our own dedicated version, which will be launched on Tuesday, 25 June. For those who prefer using a computer, a website version of the app will also be available.

Owners can expect to receive an email with details about the app, while other residents will find a message in their post box. These communications will include clear instructions on how to register to take full advantage of what the app has to offer. Importantly, more than one person at each address can download and use the app, ensuring everyone in your household stays informed.

But that’s not all! The Residents’ Association is organising a special webinar on Thursday, 11 July at 5.30 pm. During this session, Kieran Cutler will provide a demo of the app and be available to answer any questions you might have. This is a fantastic opportunity to familiarise yourself with the app’s features and functionalities.

The app will become the primary way for Encore to communicate with all of us. This means that in situations like a hot water outage, you’ll receive immediate alerts and updates until the issue is resolved. No more wondering what’s happening – you’ll always be in the loop!
