Our Managing Agent
The Management Board have appointed Encore Estates as our Managing Agent. The Encore team handle the day-to-day affairs of our estate, support the Board and also provide our concierge service.
About Encore
Encore is a leading residential estate management company with a strong presence in Cambridge and beyond. They have been managing our estate from the start. Under the Board's strategic guidance and in collaboration with each of the Board's committees, Encore oversees all operational aspects of our estate. This includes selecting contractors for regular maintenance or emergency repairs, ensuring compliance with health, safety and fire regulations, and even issuing pet licences to residents. Encore also manages our development's accounts, reporting to the Management Board to ensure budget adherence. Additionally, Encore provides and manages our concierge team.

Our dedicated Estate Manager, Kerry Poulter, is frequently on site, working closely with the Buildings and Grounds Committee to evaluate necessary work. She also attends the Community and Facilities Committee meetings.

You can find everything you need to know about the operation of our estate on Encore's 'Places' app or website. This provides access to general estate information, including estate rules, security and fire safety procedures, gym usage guidelines, visitor parking and parcel collection from the concierge. You can also use 'Places' to notify Encore of any maintenance required in communal areas or to raise any questions with our Estate Manager. And you will receive notifications if there's something happening on site or in your block that you need to know about.
