Guidelines for using the gardens for your own social events

01

Check availability

First, confirm with the Head Porter that no other events are planned for your preferred date.

03

Noise levels

On the day of your event, keep music and noise at a level that won’t disturb others.

05

Stick to the schedule

Follow the agreed timetable and ensure all loud activities end by the specified time.

07

Leave no trace

Ensure the gardens are left as you found them, with everything cleared away.

02

Book your event

Schedule your event with the Head Porter at least one week in advance, providing all necessary details.

04

Protect the gardens

Avoid unsupervised large or hard ball games to prevent damage to the gardens.

06

Clean up

Remove all rubbish after your event and dispose of it properly in the bin store.

08

No barbecues

Remember, barbecues are not permitted on balconies, terraces or in any communal gardens or areas within the development.
