Our concierge team.
We are fortunate to have a wonderful team to take care of us and our site. The concierge team, part of the Encore team, oversee our shared facilities, report any issues that arise to the Estate Manager, keep our neighbourhood clean and tidy, facilitate people moving in or out, receive parcels if you're out and manage the visitor parking—to name but a few of their daily activities. Affectionately known as "Porters" (like in the Cambridge colleges), they're your go-to support team, always ready to enhance your experience of living at Cambridge Riverside.

Weekdays: 7 am to 10 pm
Weekends: 8 am to 2 pm
Bank Holidays: 10 am to 4 pm
Parcel collection hours
Weekdays: 12.30 pm to 2 pm and 5 pm to 7.30 pm

Induction
When you arrive at Cambridge Riverside, you'll have a chance to meet the concierge team during a quick induction process. This is a great way to get to know the team and learn about everything they do to make living here enjoyable for you and your neighbours. You will also receive a 'Welcome Pack' with key information about living here. It's all designed to help you settle in smoothly and feel right at home, so drop by and say hello!

Key holding
The concierge team can hold a spare key for your apartment if you’d like. This can be really handy for giving contractors or cleaners access or in case of emergencies, such as a leak in the building. The keys are kept securely and are always signed in and out. Feel free to chat with the team to learn more.

Parcel collection
The team are happy to accept parcel deliveries for you during office hours. They can take in flowers but not deliveries of food or other perishable items. When a package arrives, they’ll leave a message card in your letterbox to let you know. To help keep things running smoothly, please try to pick up your parcels from the concierge office during the specified hours (shown above), as the team is busy with other tasks throughout the day.
